Sarah has twelve years experience as a writer and editor, so she knows how to coach young writers to make their essays shine. Her strength is English, from phonics and early literacy to grammar, punctuation, and advanced literary analysis. She’s also a whiz at helping college-bound seniors craft unforgettable, admissions-winning personal statements. Sarah has experience teaching kids with special needs, and previously worked as the principal of an elementary school in India for children from leprosy colonies. She’s a published cowgirl poet and spends her evenings renovating an old home in Culver City with her husband. Sarah loves tutoring in Los Angeles, and has tutored a wide-variety of subjects and students.
